Not sure where to start?  Business Systems of South Carolina will show you how to get the most from your office space by providing free design and layout services with 3D renderings so you can see exactly how your new office furniture will look. Our space planner has over 28 years of experience laying out office spaces ranging from smaller offices to large government buildings. Interior designers are also available to offer modern design services to complete your new office look. Full time factory trained technicians will provide professional delivery, installation, and service as a final turnkey solution.

As a value added service, we provide one-on-one training on the ergonomically correct way for employees to use their workstations. We will show team members how to set up their work area to help them be more comfortable and work more efficiently. Many of our customers use this service to reduce workers comp claims. This service is included free of charge with office furniture purchases.

We must make sure there is plenty of room for the stuff we use every day and try to keep everything organized as well as being accessible at your fingertips.

You would think working at your desk should be common sense. I use to think the same thing until I was taught different. There are proper ways to use your work station which will save you fatigue and possible medical problems. We will be happy to show you the ergonomic way to do this.

Power, Data, and Phone Outlets
Make sure these things are accessible from the new furniture. Many times we customize the furniture so you do not have to call us each time you want to add or remove something. Moving furniture all the time gets expensive.

Wires and More Wires
We may be somewhat paperless, but we are nowhere near wireless. Let us show you have to hide all the wires and still have easy access to them.

Colors
Many people want us to match existing furniture systems they purchased from another company. Sometimes this is possible, but everybody’s cherry is not the same. This is a good reason you would why you would want to choose a local company that has a brand that will be there for you later.

Privacy
Keeping your privacy can be difficult with everyone wanting to know your business. The direction of your computer monitor is usually important so keep this in mind.

Noise
Noise can come from you or your neighbor. Try to keep the phone conversations pointed in the right direction. Using sound dampening panels will decrease this noise.

Having the correct lighting will reduce errors and fatigue at end of day.
